This article marked the arrival of Seedance 2.0 on Sumi Studio. Model capabilities and prices can change, so use the current generator controls as the source of truth.
Read the current controls
Choose Seedance 2.0 in a video node. The generator shows only the modes and output settings currently available for that selection, together with the credit quote before you submit.
Evaluate motion, not labels
When comparing resolutions or variants, review moving frames as well as stills. Fine detail, continuity, camera movement, and subject stability often matter more than a headline number.
Plan a sequence
Keep useful takes beside the storyboard, branch alternatives, and pass a suitable frame into the next node when that workflow is available. This makes comparisons easier without assuming that every variant behaves the same way.
Compare variants in context
Names such as Fast or Mini do not guarantee a specific resolution, duration, or prompt behavior. Check the controls and quote for the exact model variant you selected.
Try it
Open a video node, choose Seedance 2.0, select from the supported options shown, and start with one clear subject and one camera move.
