Sumi Studio is a remote MCP server. Add it and sign in once, and your agent can generate images, video and audio, manage assets and build canvases, paying from your credits at the same prices as the website.
Your agent sets up Sumi Studio for you from this message, and tells you if there's anything you need to click yourself.
Connect me to Sumi Studio so I can create images, videos, and audio from here. 1. First check whether you can call the Sumi Studio doctor tool (the connection check). If you can, skip to step 4. 2. If you can't, run `codex mcp add sumi-studio --url https://sumistudio.ai/api/mcp` to add the Sumi Studio MCP server. 3. The command opens or prints a Sumi Studio authorization link; ask me to sign in and approve. If you still can't call doctor afterwards, ask me to start a new session and I'll send you this message again. 4. Call doctor and tell me whether the connection works; if you can see my account and credit balance, tell me those too. 5. Call list_projects to show my few most recent projects, then ask me what I want to make this time.
Sign in to Sumi Studio and approve when your agent asks. Once authorized, it can create images, videos, and audio for you.
If you'd rather not use your agent, or it can't finish the setup, add it yourself with these steps.
In a terminal, run the command below to register the server for your user.
codex mcp add sumi-studio --url https://sumistudio.ai/api/mcp
The command starts sign-in immediately. Open the Sumi Studio authorization link that Codex opens or prints. Sign in and approve. If the new server does not appear in the current session, restart the Codex session, then ask it to “check the Sumi Studio connection.”
Once authorized, ask your agent to generate images, video and audio, manage your assets or build a canvas. It shows the price before every generation; when in doubt, ask it for an estimate first.
Connected agents appear under Settings › Authorized apps, where you can disconnect any of them at any time. Signing out of all devices also disconnects them.
