Membership, credits, and refunds — in plain language.
Every generation shows a quote before it runs, and credits are spent only after you confirm. Plan credits arrive monthly, credit packs last 730 days, and gifts are counted separately from both.
Membership and credits are virtual digital goods and take effect immediately after purchase; consumed credits cannot be refunded or transferred. You can cancel auto-renewal anytime in subscription management — no further charges after cancellation. For duplicate charges or system issues, contact support and we'll sort it out.
If a generation task fails, the deducted credits are automatically returned to the original account, entry by entry, following the original charge. Portions that cannot be returned because the original credit lot has expired are reissued in the same amount as the same type of credits (valid for 24 hours). On cancel: queued tasks that have not yet called a model provider are fully refunded; once a provider call has been claimed, cancel is non-refundable. Contact support if a refund is delayed or missing.
Yes. Monthly billing pays the standard price each cycle; annual prepay pays 12 months up front at 20% off Pro or 30% off Ultra and still issues credits monthly. Cancel anytime and you keep your benefits to the end of the paid term.
In the credit store: fixed packs from 1,000 to 1,000,000 credits (list $15 per 1,000, official 5% to 30% off), or a custom amount from 400 credits. Your tier caps the largest purchase — Starter 50,000, Pro 200,000, Ultra unlimited. Packs are one-time purchases, valid 730 days, with no automatic repurchase. They add credits only — no storage, lane or membership time.
You pay the new full monthly price immediately and a new cycle starts, without proration. Remaining credits from the old subscription and gifts tied to the old cycle clear; credit packs, storage packs and daily gifts stay.
A relative promise, not a number. The free lane runs last; Starter, Pro and Ultra are progressively faster and run more tasks at once. Concurrency is set against real capacity, so we publish no throughput figures.
Add a storage pack rather than changing tier — $10 per 100 GB per month, stacked on your plan. Storage packs renew monthly with the membership and cancel for the next cycle. Above the limit, uploads and generation pause and assets enter a transition period; nothing is ever deleted.
