Publishing to Community
Once a canvas is ready, you can share it read-only or publish it to Community. Both start from the Share button in the canvas top bar; this chapter covers each.
Share a read-only link
Click Share in the canvas top bar, then click Share on the Share via link row to create a read-only link (/shared/a-token). The Access setting in the dialog switches between:
- Public: anyone with the link can view the canvas (no sign-in needed), but only view, not edit;
- Only me: turns public access off, and the link stops working for others.
Sharing grants read-only viewing, never editing. The Share menu on a team canvas also has Invite to collaborate, which copies the team's join link.

Publish to Community
Click Publish on the Publish to community row of the Share menu to publish the work to the Community showcase. You fill in:
- A cover image and / or video (pick at least one, uploaded locally or chosen from your generation history);
- The work's name and description (required), and a genre (optional);
- When a challenge is open, Campaign (pick an entry category, or Not participating) and Social link also appear;
- The Make canvas public switch: on (the default), the work carries the canvas so others can View process; off, only the cover and video are shown;
- The Allow others to copy switch (on by default): on, others can copy the canvas into their own projects to keep creating; off, they can only look;
- The compliance consent checkbox (required).
After you submit with Publish, the work is reviewed before it appears in Community. If the canvas was published before, the dialog opens on Sync published work, with Publish as a new work instead as the alternative. Publish at the top right of the Community Works page can also publish a project, script, cut, character or a single asset.

View process and copy
Once published, anyone (including signed-out visitors) can click View process on the work's detail page to browse the canvas's full node structure read-only, without signing in; signing in is only needed to click Copy to my project (Duplicate canvas inside the process view) and keep editing in your own account. When the creator turned copying off, the page shows "Copying is turned off by the creator".
